In order to book a block of rooms at Tahoe Beach & Ski Club, you must comply with the following conditions.

• DEPOSIT POLICY:  We work on a first request, first confirm basis.  We require a valid credit card to guarantee all rooms, no matter who is paying.  See below.

• If the individual blocking the rooms is paying for all rooms, then we will take an advance deposit for the first night’s room and tax, for each room, at the time of booking.  The balance is due on said date listed on the group contract (it’s generally approximately 30 days prior to the date of the arrival).  You will also need to provide a list of guest names no later than 1 week prior to check-in.  

• If each guest is paying for their own room, we will block out the agreed upon rooms and the individual guests must contact me no later than the said date listed on the group contract in order to receive the group discount.  If there are any reservations without a credit card guarantee at the said date listed on the group contract, then the blocked rooms will be cancelled.

• If a group block is booked within 30 days, conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If you cancel any or all rooms prior to the cut-off date, there will be no penalty or charge.  Once the room is booked, there will be a cancellation policy of 14 days prior to the reservation date.  If any rooms are cancelled within this timeframe, including no-shows, the reserved guest will be charged the cost of one night’s room and tax with the credit card we have on file for their reservation.  There are no exceptions and no refunds permitted: including any type of emergencies, weather conditions or event cancellation or reschedule.

If the amount of total rooms for your group changes, let us know as soon as possible.  Your group rate may be affected by the change.

Rates are based on room size, not number of people per unit.  Each room has a maximum occupancy and cannot exceed this number due to fire code regulations.  Should we come across a unit that has exceeded the maximum occupancy you will have to rent another unit at Rack Rate, based on availability.

We are unable to “close” down our recreation room for an event and we will not allow the group to “reserve” space on our beach, it is a first come, first serve basis.  The group must incur all set up and/or expenses.  Should Tahoe Beach & Ski Club have any clean up or damage to contend with, we will charge the credit card we have on the group contract.

It is your responsibility to advise your group of the following policies:

Upon check-in we require a valid credit card and photo i.d.  Each guest is required to leave a $50.00 incidental credit card deposit on top of the required rental amount (this $50.00 will be “released” after check-out).

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.  If you need to check-in early or check-out late, times must be approved prior to arrival.

Unit location is not guaranteed.  (You may make requests but nothing is guaranteed.)

Guests must be 21 to register for their room, no exceptions.

We are a non-smoking facility with outside designated smoking areas.

We do not allow pets of any size, unless they are registered to assist the disabled.

Parking or storage of motorized or non-motorized boats, personal watercrafts, canoes, kayaks or any type of trailers is prohibited at Tahoe Beach & Ski Club.  You may not park your motorized or non-motorized, boat or personal watercraft on the beach or within 60 feet of the shore.

All vehicles used for overnight habitation are not permitted to park on Tahoe Beach & Ski Club’s property.

Group discounts will vary based on the time of year, how many are in your group and availability.  Restrictions apply.

Rates do not include the nightly 10% and local city tax.

July 4th, Christmas and New Year’s are not available for group discounts.
