UPDATE:

Effective February 1, 2010, the “Friends & Family Program” (FT) replaces, in its entirety, the Owner Value Program. The “Friends & Family Program” offers a discounted rate specifically designed for Tahoe Beach & Ski Club owners who want to reserve units for their friends and family for less than the rental rate charged to the public. This program allows you the flexibility to book a reservation up to six months in advance.

This program is a great opportunity to introduce your friends and family to your resort.   FT reservations must be requested by an owner through the VRI Reservation Center. A credit card is required for an advance deposit at the time of booking. The advance non-refundable deposit is equal to 50% of the total stay. Because the FT rate is discounted, please note that if you cancel your reservations, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

Both a 10% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) and a $4.50/night TID (Tourism Improvement District) surcharge must be added to the Friends & Family rental rate.

If FT is not available, then the next best rental rate will be offered.
