Your Maintenance Fees are due by January 1, every year.  There is no grace period.  Failure to pay on time will result in additional fees added to your account, your reservation for the year and future years will be cancelled and you will not be permitted to use your timeshare in any way until you are current on your Maintenance Fees.  Once your account is paid in full, you will be responsible for contacting Reservations to re-book your week based on availability.  Also, you must be paid in full for the entire year should you want to bank your week with an exchange company or place it in VRI’s rental program.  The quarterly payment plan is not an option if you plan on exchanging or renting your week.
