A portion of your annual Maintenance Fees are collected for allocation for necessary capital improvements for your resort property. The following is a list of property improvements completed and/or in process for 2007:
- Replacement of bedspreads/dust ruffles in several units
- Mattress replacement in several units
- Hallway & stairwell carpet replacement
- Entry tile installed in Bliss/Clemens/Richardson buildings
- Exterior building siding repair and paint touchup
- Staining of wood shake on buildings
- Parking lot repairs and slurry seal coating
- West end beach fence installed
- Basic landscaping completed at restaurant/real estate office location
- Installation of property wide wireless internet service
- Replacement of various furniture in Tahoe Room
- Reupholster of furniture in Lobby
- Shower & bath faucet replacement in Bliss/Clemens/Richardson & cabin units
