Your Reserve/Replacement Dollars at Work

A portion of your annual Maintenance Fees are collected for allocation for necessary capital improvements for your resort property. The following is a list of property improvements completed and/or in process for 2007:

  • Replacement of bedspreads/dust ruffles in several units
  • Mattress replacement in several units
  • Hallway & stairwell carpet replacement
  • Entry tile installed in Bliss/Clemens/Richardson buildings
  • Exterior building siding repair and paint touchup
  • Staining of wood shake on buildings
  • Parking lot repairs and slurry seal coating
  • West end beach fence installed
  • Basic landscaping completed at restaurant/real estate office location
  • Installation of property wide wireless internet service
  • Linen upgrade
  • Replacement of various furniture in Tahoe Room
  • Reupholster of furniture in Lobby
  • Shower & bath faucet replacement in Bliss/Clemens/Richardson & cabin units
