- Parking and storage of motorized or non-motorized boats or any type of trailers is prohibited at Tahoe Beach & Ski Club or within 60 feet of the shore.

- All vehicles used for overnight habitation are not permitted to park on Tahoe Beach & Ski Club property.
- Advance deposit due upon booking. Holiday periods have additional restrictions
- Deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Holiday periods have additional restrictions.
- Occupancy limits strictly enforced.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
